But a mundane cover for an exceptional book.Jaredhttp://www.pornokitsch.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5711195880526876235.post-31805623080513261552009-09-02T05:30:06.297-04:002009-09-02T05:30:06.297-04:00I like this cover, but I have to admit that I like...I like this cover, but I have to admit that I like the first one more. Even if the picture you form doesn't match the author's, it still isn't 'incorrect', but like a movie made from a book, once you have a concrete image laid down of what a character looks like, it often becomes difficult to imagine anything else.

I don't care much for the image of Logan (since it doesn't match the one I have, of course). I also likes the fact that they didn't put characters on the covers. Wah, wah, wah, Joe Abercrombie is not my bitch and all that...

I will have to wait and see what the Limited Editions look like before deciding whether to pick up the edition with the parchment covers to grace my shelves or not. Not that it is pressing, spending money is nil for a while again anyway :-)SKellyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15247541336421935699noreply@blogger.com
