MEME | Gollancz Fantasy Masterworks

We're still hard at work on the SF and Fantasy Materworks Reading Project and still showing how we stack up in the scheme of things. We did this with the Sci-Fi list of Masterworks first and not it is time to turn to the Fantasy set, which I was hoping to have done better at. 1. I'm actually (surprisingly!) close to reading the set. Which, I guess, means I've got yet another reason to try reading Jonathan Carroll....

I guess you're not doing a Crime meme, huh?

  2. You're certainly doing better than me. Hey, if you have time we're still looking for a couple other Masterworks reviewers.

As for right now we are sticking to the SF and F lists, but go wild and start the Crime meme!

  3. Is there a crime masterworks series?

  4. In fact Gollancz did do a Masterworks crime series. They didn't get as far as they have with the F & SF lines. Under 30 books I believe. Did I just make you need to buy more books?

  5. Just finished Time and Again - really liked the finish. Have you started Ringworld yet? I read the first two in that series.

  6. Ringworld will be the next book I read. Right now I'm wading through THE PASSAGE. Man this is a big sucker, but it almost has me.

Time and Again definitely had a strong finish. Finney wrote a sequel starring Sy that I just may check out.
